Arabian Ring respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and why, in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.
What we collect. When you contact or book with us we collect the details you provide: name, phone number, email, pickup and drop-off locations, flight numbers, and passenger information needed to operate your journey.
Website concierge. Questions asked to our website chat assistant are processed by an AI service to generate answers and are stored for up to 60 days for quality and service purposes. Please do not share sensitive personal information in the chat.
How we use data. Only to provide and improve our services: confirming bookings, operating transfers with our licensed transport partners, and communicating with you. We share booking details with the assigned transport partner and driver solely to perform your journey.
What we never do. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Payments. Card payments, when offered, are processed by licensed UAE payment providers; we never store your card details.
