We keep cancellations simple and fair.
Transfers and city rides. Free cancellation up to 12 hours before the scheduled pickup. Cancellations within 12 hours of pickup may be charged 50% of the fare. No-shows are charged in full.
Full-day charters and tours. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start time. Cancellations within 24 hours may be charged 50%. No-shows are charged in full.
Flight delays. Airport pickups are protected by flight tracking — if your flight is delayed, your booking moves with it at no charge.
Changes. Route, time or vehicle changes are free when made before the cancellation window and subject to availability; price differences apply.
Refunds. Where a refund is due on a prepaid booking, it is returned to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Our promise. If we fail to provide a confirmed vehicle, you receive a full refund or a free replacement vehicle — your choice.
