These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of arabianring.com and the booking of travel and transfer services from Arabian Ring ("we", "us"). By requesting a booking you accept these Terms.
Our service. Arabian Ring arranges chauffeured transfers, charters and tourism experiences across the United Arab Emirates. All vehicle transport is performed by licensed UAE transport partners and their professional drivers.
Quotes and bookings. Rates published on this website are in AED, per vehicle, and include chauffeur, fuel and a standard waiting allowance. Airport transfers are flat rates for drop-offs within a 40 km radius of the airport. Tolls (Salik/Darb) and paid parking are re-invoiced at cost. A booking is confirmed only when our team confirms it in writing (normally on WhatsApp). Published rates may be updated at any time; the rate confirmed at booking is final.
Airport pickups. We track flight arrivals and include 60 minutes of free waiting after landing. For non-airport pickups, waiting beyond 15 minutes may be charged as additional time.
Guest responsibilities. Guests must provide accurate passenger and luggage counts. Seating and luggage are limited to vehicle capacity for safety. Child seats are provided on request at the time of booking. Smoking is not permitted in vehicles.
Liability. Transport is provided by licensed partners who carry passenger liability insurance as required by UAE law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected booking. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, authorities or other events beyond reasonable control.
Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
